Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.

This agreement makes you a Preferred Customer: Priority service, extended warranties, discounts and PEACE OF MIND. This investment entitles you to the following:

Two (2) 23 point (PTPC) inspections and filter changes during the year

One (1) in the fall and one (1) in the spring. Inspections provide enhanced equipment safety and efficiency as well as extend the life of your equipment. Gives your family peace of mind knowing your equipment has been tested for deadly, odorless, poisonous carbon monoxide gas.

Emergency service call after regular business hours will be at NO extra charge

Emergency rate is currently $105.00, but you will only be charged our Current Regular Business Hour Rate of $75.00 and after 11:00p $130.00. Yes, this includes nights and weekends!

20% Off Replacement Parts

All service department parts and materials shall be discounted at a rate of 20% off normal price for all service calls. Example of savings: if the cost of a blower motor replacement was $400, you would save $80 on the repair.

Labor Warranty

All of our labor services are warranted for 1 years. If you have a problem within 1 years of service for the same problem, there will be no charge to come back out and repair. We stand behind our work.

Energy Saving Coil Cleaning

Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your unit to work harder, causing parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your unit. Your unit will cost you more month after month on your utility bill if the coils are not kept clean.
